As a big THANK YOU to the poor residents of Oughtibridge, Wharncliffe Side, Deepcar and Stocksbridge, who for years have had to put up with a shoddy, expensive, second hand bus service, Worst, in conjunction with Sheffield City Council, have announced their operating timetable for the the festive period: http://www.travelsouthyorkshire.com/timetables/Santa+Claus+is+coming+to+town+by+bus.htm
On reading through this, it would appear that AGAIN, this area has been neglected and Santa Claus won't be coming to town, well not by bus anyway!
It would be nice if the electorate of the area could remember this at the next local election, when that nice man / woman from the Flim/Flams knocks on your door telling you what a good job they are doing for the area.

As a big THANK YOU to the poor residents of Oughtibridge, Wharncliffe Side, Deepcar and Stocksbridge the Council have decided that having put up with long delays to their journeys over the last 18 months due to the A6102 closure is not enough and they need to be left miles from the nearest public transport service over the Holiday period.

Good to see our local councillors ensuring that the area is not left out under the new LibDem administration.
